30 days, no questions asked — here is exactly how it works.

30-Day Returns

You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in resalable condition with all accessories included.

How to Return

1) Contact support with your order number. 2) We email you a prepaid return label (US orders). 3) Drop the parcel at any carrier point. 4) Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.

Faulty Items & Warranty

Electronics carry a 2-year warranty. If a product develops a fault, we will repair, replace or refund it — your choice where the law allows.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, opened earbuds tips and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
